Return Policy Overview

• Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
• Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
• Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms (bikini bottoms or swim shorts) unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps for a smooth return process:

   • Item details (name, size, color)
   • Reason for return
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• International Customers: Refunds issued in USD; currency conversion differences or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you’d like an exchange in your email. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item to you.

Exchange Shipping: We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via standard shipping (DHL or FedEx).

Damaged or Defective Items
